If you are not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean within a 7-day window. If you still do not think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we will refund your money.
When do I pay?
Payment is cash-free and processed securely online, only once the cleaning is complete.
How do I use a gift card or coupon?
Enter your gift card or coupon code on the booking form as you create your booking — the final price updates automatically to reflect the balance. You can also log into your account at any time to see the remaining balance on your gift cards.
